I just read a great article from Tom Venuto on the hazards of overdoing cardio, especially on too few calories.
He says that slashing calorie intake while adding cardio is even worse than starvation dieting alone. Anybody been there, done that? I think anytime my cardio level has been absurdly high, my appetite and calorie intake have come right up with it, nearly defeating the purpose.
